• 1 Treat and 1 recipe: Features one treat and one recipe formulated to provide nutritional benefits, made from natural, high-quality ingredients

• Educational content: Each box contains educational material with actionable care tips and inspirational rescue stories to inform and motivate owners to provide the best care.

Processing times: All subscription orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, expect 6-14 days till your order arrives. You may also expect your future packages to be sent out and received around the same time each month prior to your initial subscription.

Contiguous United States: Shipping is included in the subscription price for all orders within the contiguous US. There are no additional shipping fees for these orders.

Non-contiguous United States: A $10 flat rate applies to subscription orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. Jumbo sized boxes incur an additional $15 shipping charge due to their larger size and weight.

International shipping: We currently offer international shipping to Canada ($10 flat fee) Please note, Jumbo sized boxes to international destinations include an additional $15 shipping charge, reflecting the increased costs associated with the size and weight of these products.

Import duties and taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are beyond our control and must be borne by you, the customer. Squawk Box, LLC is not responsible for these additional charges.
