Birdieboxx Subscription Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Birdieboxx subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Renewal
Your Birdieboxx subscription is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Your selected payment method will be charged each month on your recurring billing date unless the subscription is canceled before the next renewal.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month’s Birdieboxx, your subscription must be canceled before your next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been processed for the current billing cycle, that month’s order cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our subscription service, once a monthly Birdieboxx has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for a refund. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team so we can review your concern and work toward a resolution.

If you have any questions regarding your subscription, billing, shipping, or cancellation, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Chargebacks
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact Birdieboxx before filing a chargeback with your financial institution. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through our customer support team. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.

What is BirdieBox?
BirdieBox is a monthly subscription box for parrots. We provide items such as toys, treats, and more to help keep your pet bird happy and healthy throughout the month.
When Will My BirdieBox Ship?
Order by the 5th of the month to receive the most recent BirdieBox! We ship your box by the second week of each month. Subscribers that order after the 5th of the month will be on the list to receive next month's box.
How Often Will I Get My BirdieBox?
Get monthly Birdie Boxx deliveries for as long as you’d like! Choose from 1, 3, or 6-month plans. Plans renew automatically but can be canceled at anytime before the 15th. Prefer to space out deliveries? You can skip months, too!
When Will I Be Re-Billed?
"Your subscription to BirdieBoxx will be billed on a monthly basis. The first charge will occur on the day you complete your subscription purchase, and subsequent billing will take place on the same day each month thereafter. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th of the month, you will be billed again on the 10th of the following month, and so on."
